Our Resources
Our programming reflects how diverse, determined and decolonial our philosophy and practices are. We pride ourselves in fulfilling beyond the normative development 'needs' - but aspirations and curiosity of what it means to be young, gifted and black. We believe in equipping the 21st century change agent with a wide set of skills, knowledge and ideas that are future fit and agile enough for a consistently changing and complex world. Our evidence building is only part of our impact, used in knowledge sharing and advocacy for stimulating change and agency at individual and community levels. These resources inform our policy, human rights and governance related work at Technical Working Groups that include government, policy formulation committee reports, UN advocacy mechanisms, AU organ reporting mechanisms, media engagement. and training women and youth.
